Questions before the big day
How is a guest-book puzzle different from a regular puzzle?
Same 500-piece format, but we can print it with larger, easier-to-sign pieces and a lighter area near the edges so handwriting stays legible. Tell us it is for a guest book in the quote form and we will set it up correctly.
Can we order favors in bulk at the same time?
Yes. Tell us the guest count and whether every favor should share one design or use different photos, and we will quote both the guest-book piece and the bulk favors together.
How far ahead should we order?
We recommend at least 3 to 4 weeks before the wedding to leave room for proofing, printing, and shipping. Tell us your date in the quote form and we will tell you honestly if the timeline works.
What if the photo needs cleanup?
Photo enhancement is included. Send what you have, including phone photos or older prints, and we will clean it up before it goes to print.
