A Puzzably custom jigsaw puzzle costs $34.99 to $99.99, depending on size. Each one is made to order from your photo or idea, comes in a collector tin, and ships free within the US. It is a one-off purchase with no subscription.

Shipping and delivery
- Free shipping within the United States. We ship to US addresses only.
- Made to order and delivered in about 1 to 2 weeks, with free US shipping.
- To send a puzzle as a gift, enter the recipient’s address at checkout. The package shows no price.
- Every size ships in a collector tin with the art printed on the lid, included.
Returns and reprints
- If it arrives damaged or with a print defect, send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we send a free reprint. No return shipping needed.
- If you are simply not happy with how it turned out, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we remake it or refund you in full, your choice. You do not need to ship the puzzle back.
- Changed your mind before it ships? Contact us within roughly 24 hours of ordering, before production starts, for a full refund.
